How does the free tier work?
Sign up with GitHub or email, get an instant API key. You get 3 rulesets, 1 agent, and 250 evaluations per day — enough to build and test your integration. No credit card required.
What counts as an evaluation?
One evaluation = one AI response evaluated against your ruleset. Whether it passes, is blocked, or redirected, it counts as one evaluation.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you get prorated access immediately. If you downgrade, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
What happens if I exceed my evaluation limit?
On the free tier, evaluations pause until the next day. On paid plans, you get overage at declining rates ($0.002/eval on Pro, $0.001/eval on Business). You'll get warnings before hitting limits.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Annual plans get ~17% off — Pro at $24/mo and Business at $82/mo billed annually.
